Ram Singh, one of the accused in the Delhi Rape against victim Jyoti Singh Pandey, has been found hanged inside Tihar prison:

Apparently, it was a suicide.

Murder? Suicide? Let me put forward a third possibility.
It was not Ram Singh, but some other prisoner or even the "unclaimed body" of an outsider. Ram Singh has been declared dead, but he will be let out through the back door.
